Yesterday, June 1st, at 8:00 PM Eastern Time, the film was shown on television, and the viewing party got underway with The Daily Wire’s all-star event called “Backstage.” The conversation was kicked off by Andrew Klavan, who was joined by Matt Walsh, Ben Shapiro, Jeremy Boreing, Michael Knowles, and Andrew Klavan before the documentary was shown.

Walsh began yesterday’s broadcast of The Matt Walsh Show by stating that Pride Month is a “holy month.” He then proceeded to promote his new film, which he calls a “attack on gender dogma.”
The political and cultural observer pointed out the meteoric rise of Pride, which began as a single day of festivities and has now expanded to include a week and, most recently, the whole month that is now known as Pride Month. During an appearance on The Matt Walsh Show, Walsh said that the purpose of his next film is to “highlight the deception of gender ideology.” Noting that the timing of the release of his film at the beginning of Pride Month was “just the sort of petty and trolling move you’ve come to expect and love from me – or at least expect, I don’t know about love,” he continued, “I don’t know about love; I just know you’ve come to love and expect it from me.”
The movie started with a tweet that the director had written around four years previously asking, “What is a woman?” From that point forward, Walsh has taken it upon himself to do more research into his question. Even going so far as to have a conversation with an African tribe on the phrases “non-binary” and “transgender.”
