"At this stage, it's hard to predict the investigation's timetable, but the Board thinks it may take months. The cosmetic brand will make announcements when needed.
The UK corporation ceased trading of its ordinary shares this month due to auditing issues.
The business couldn't disclose audited numbers, but said it had entered the "seasonally better second half of the financial year."
