Why Women’s Anger Is Important And Necessary?

Women have always been life carriers and sustainers. In our culture, carrying life is related to gentler traits like compassion, patience, and empathy.

Men are dominating, forceful, and hard-working, for example. In most societies, males are more tolerant of rage than women.

Women aren't stereotypically angry. Society encourages women to be kind, not furious. Since the Salem witch trials, the patriarchy has instructed women to conceal emotions.

Here's why you should stop doing that sh*t right now.

"Anger makes people stand out. Suppressing anger makes people stand out less." And that is the last thing that women should be.

 Their health is the main factor. "Repressed, redirected, and disregarded rage is a role in many 'women's illnesses,' including disordered eating, autoimmune disorders, chronic tiredness, and pain."

Think of the'mama bear' cliché. Women's rage may drive political, social, and legal change in a society riddled with domestic violence, child abuse, and other injustices.
